Retorqued drive tire

Had a drive tire go flat today and roadside suggested stopping in 50-100 miles to get it retorqued at a shop/ problem is I won’t pass one for 150 to 200 miles —— am I ok waiting an extra 100 miles ? how necessary is it to take in/ any consequences if it’s not done? Does the roadside techs not torque the wheel properly when doing a roadside tire swap?
