Is it ok to use 100% of cpu for a prolonged amount of time (~15 hours)

So I wrote a python simulation that is very computationally heavy, and to speed it up, I’m using all my cpu cores and it should take like 15 to 20 hours to complete the simulation, but I’m worried that running my cpu at 100% capacity will damage it. Should I be worried or is that ok to do?
