ULPT request. I live on a dirt road and everyone has animals, but we have a neighbor who drive through like a maniac. What can I do?

When I was 12 there was a lifted Toyota pickup that would come racing through my neighborhood. I had an old tricycle rusting in the backyard, so I stuffed some old clothes and taped it on to the tricycle to look kind of like a small child on it. One day that dude came racing down the street and I pushed that poor little child out into the road from behind my brother's car. He was demolished. And the pickup locked up its brakes and the dude got out. I suspect he was relieved to find out he didn't just kill a child, but that was pretty short-lived. He stopped driving down my street though. If you do that, don't do it in front of your own house especially if your dad is home.
