macOS Adobe Premiere Look & cube files require admin

Hey,
Recently we decided to remove the admin rights from one of our two people working in the design team. They both work on iMacs and use the Creative Cloud from Adobe.
The person where we remove the admin rights needed admin rights to add / use a .look file to her Adobe Premiere project and I'm not quite sure how to solve it. I don't find much online besides on how to install adobe premiere and the other one that made sense was for a windows environment.
It makes sense that if your file has some permissions set, that it would block but I'm not sure if there is something the user can check when exporting the settings or if there are exceptions I can put in place from a sysadmin's pov.
I would love to just give her the user rights to add those files but not give her full control to install anything she likes or make changes without asking us.
Does anyone have any idea? Something like give Adobe Premiere full disk access rights or something similar?
Also I'm not sure where to post since r/Design seems to be only about design related questions but not about issues related to the software and I'm nore sure if someone in r/Adobe has an idea. They also only have >15k members. :/
Should I try as well in r/apple?
Any advise is welcome.
