Riding Times GT73
Posted by WesleyR98@reddit | ebikes | View on Reddit | 136 comments

I bought the GT73 for myself and my 14 year old son to ride. Was skeptical at first cause I couldn’t find much info about it but it arrived a couple of days ago so I thought I would share.
First off, my son has been begging for an electric dirt bike for about a year now. We compromised on this since it’s technically an e bike and can pass for street legal where we live. A big selling point was the functioning brake lights and turn signals.
I ordered it on October 10th and it showed up November 9th. I was surprised at how large it is! Overall the parts seem to be decent quality. Assembly took about thirty minutes. I did find a lot of quality control issues, stripped/loose bolts. I made sure every bolt was tight before riding. It weights 117lbs completely assembled ready to ride. I weigh 150 and my son weighs 140. I can hit 31mph top speed, my son hit 34mph top speed. We rode it for 33 miles the first day, all in turbo mode using mostly just the throttle.
Overall it’s pretty fun bike, definitely a good compromise between your typical style e-bike and the surron style e-motos.
Just wanted to make a post since there is such little info out there about these bikes. If you have any questions I’ll answer them the best I can. I’ll do an update after I’ve really put some miles on it.
Perfect-Try-6218@reddit
Hey all, just got this bike for my son, came with the key start, so no more NFC card needed. Put it together last night and worked fine. Today he called me at work and can't get it above 15mph. I sent him the speed limiter removal instructions and still can't get faster. Any ideas? thx
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
Make sure he’s got it in turbo mode. The bike comes with three speeds eco (15mph), standard (22mph) and turbo (37mph). If it’s in eco it won’t go faster than 15mph. If he has it in turbo or standard mode and it still won’t go over 15mph then that would indicate the speed limiter being on. It’s a little tricky to turn it off but there are instructions in the manual. Also there are videos and shorts on YouTube showing how to turn off the speed limiter for these bikes! Hope you get it figured out!
Perfect-Try-6218@reddit
so I got home and checked the bike. the speed is limited to 15mph in all 3 modes. Not sure how to get that increased. I did the instructions to remove the limiter.
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
This YouTube short shows how to change it from on to off on the version 2 with the nfc cards. Not sure if maybe it’s different on the keyed version?
This YouTube video is what the manufacturer has on their YouTube channel as well. It’s basically the same as the first short.
If neither of those work then I would message riding times on their website and see if they have a resolution. They can be pretty slow to respond on the website though.
Perfect-Try-6218@reddit
It appears most things have stayed the same with the keyed bikes. I messed with everything, then did one last try at factory reset, and it worked! So, good for now. Thanks for your help.
Perfect-Try-6218@reddit
Awesome! thanks man. Yeah, my guess is he's in some other mode. I wanted confirmation about the 15mph and that's it. I will mess around with the settings asap.
jjjjjsgsg@reddit
Where did you purchase? Still have it?
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
I purchased from www.ridert.com. Still have it, 800 miles on it now!

Nie, ten rower elektryczny wymaga rejestracji w Polsce. Żaden rower elektryczny w Polsce nie może mieć przepustnicy obrotowej do użytku drogowego. Przetłumaczone przez Google, mam nadzieję, że to pomoże!

Does it ride well on pavement? Considering buying as theyre on sale now. I like the aggressive look but I’d use as a commuter bike on city streets.
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
It rides well on paved roads. I’m 130 miles in now and I would say I’ve done 90% of it on paved roads. Took it on a 9.5 mile ride to my friend’s house today and 10 miles back home(took a different route), all on city roads.
BeanPulp@reddit
What is the farthest you have rode without recharging?
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
42 miles. All in turbo mode with a decent amount of pedaling to get going. When I ride aggressive with the throttle only in turbo mode I’m getting about 25-30 miles. The absolute worst I’ve gotten was 19 miles and I was riding hard and off road the whole time.
The website has some ridiculous claims about the distance it is capable of. I have not tried a range test in eco mode cause it’s limited to 15 mph in eco and I don’t think I can go that slow for that long.
juntjoo@reddit
That's refreshing to read cuz my bike has similar insane claims and was worried I got a weak bike
Zestyclose_Ad4915@reddit
Can you do 42 miles on one battery? The bike comes with two batteries.
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
No, I get about 12-15 miles with one battery.
100Jayden001@reddit
how much did you get it for? did you buy it on amazon?
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
Paid $1709 usd with shipping and everything. I bought it from the riding times website.
steve40yt@reddit
Hi, any updates? 😊
How many miles do you have on it now? Have you hit 2,000 miles yet? Or maybe 1,000?
Any issues so far—minor or major?
What do you think the upcoming Pro version will improve? Do you think it'll address the basic version's common complaints?
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
Hit 800 miles this last weekend! Minor issues - Nuts and bolts rattle loose. This isn’t a big issue but I check every nut and bolt on this e-bike every 100 miles, every time a lot of the bolts have loosened up. Crank arm for pedals bent when I crashed. This one was self inflicted so I wasn’t upset about it. Took a corner too hard and went down and bent the crank arm and broke the pedal. Got new crank arms that are shorter and better pedals.
Major issues - swing arm bushing loose. This problem just started at 800 miles. Had a slight rattling noise on my last ride, assumed loose bolts again. Checked bike over when I got home and found the bushing between the swing arm and the frame is shot, like over a 1/2” of play. Won’t be riding it until I fix it. I sent a message to riding times and going to see how they handle it. I’ll be happy if I can get a replacement bushing. If not I’ll be buying a few different dirt bike swing arm bushings until I find one that works for this e-bike.
Hoping the pro version is an improvement over this model! I know they delayed the release of the pro version so I hope they make some good improvements. Overall I like the bike. For the price it’s not bad. It definitely lacks power but I think it’s a good platform to build a fast hub drive e-bike on!

Thanks for the reply. :-)

Figured I’d chime in with my 100-mile experience.
I took the pedals off about 10 minutes into ownership and replaced with the included pegs, then with my own sturdier peg setup. The pedals are worth essentially nothing relative to the motor. Where I live, the cops don’t care about mini bikes enough to do much about them, much less something silent and bicycle-passing from like 100 ft away.
I’m 200 lbs and feel the acceleration / top speed / suspension / brakes are up to the task for anything on and off road, except for perhaps deeper sand.
So far I’ve gotten 30-40 miles per charge, lots of off-road hammering will drop it very quickly though. Plenty for adventuring through parks, mountain trails, what have you.
Sure, the chain-driven Sur-Rons and Vargs will hit 40+ mph and jumps and whatnot. But if you’re fine with a milder off-road experience, the hub motor gets the job done and no chain cleaning / lube required.
The settings for lock / unlock / preferences / etc are super confusing. I leave it unlocked just so I don’t have to fiddle with the RFID cards (good idea, annoying to use). But the display works great and the built-in lighting is very good.
Overall I’d say it’s an absolute steal for the money. It’s not perfect but the major components and design seem sturdy and well thought out.
Think of it as a “electric trail bike” rather than a “electric dirt bike” or a competitor to any decently-spec’ed e-bike with functioning pedals, and you’ll be happy as a clam.
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
100% agree. The pedal assist is laughable so the pedals are really just for show. I’ve never used the pegs but I did put shorter crank arms and better pedals on mine. Over 700 miles now and still going strong!
PlayedIsland58@reddit
Where did you order it? Because there are "alibaba" and "made in china" sites who sell them directly from the factory (as they say).
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
I ordered from the riding times website.
Southside600@reddit
I ride the gt73
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
Nice! My son and I are still enjoying ours! Over 650 miles on it now!
Southside600@reddit
Yeah it’s worth it I was gonna get a talaria xxx next but after how many close calls I have had with my gt73 and cars driving wreckless i decided it’s fast enough for me
ultimategameronIOS@reddit
Just a little tip, the rear shock is absolutely terrible on those things so I would get a cheap dnm or something off of aliexpress, it'll make the ride 10000x better. If you want more info I'll be happy to help
Southside600@reddit
Help me can you send me a link for a cheap good one that will fit from AliExpress brother

Just got mine from alibaba for 1309$ all in including tax. It was fairly easy to assemble but you need someone else to help you with the rest shock and the front wheel. Took me around 35 minutes to put it together. I still have heybike mars 2.0. It is my first ebike so my comparison is going to be based on that experience. My overall experience after riding it for the first 5 miles. I wasn't able to hit 37mph. Only 29-30 with no wind and perfect road conditions. When you lift up the rear wheel and use the throttle and can go up to 37mph though. I weigh around 175-180 When going through the field on the grass in turbo mode I was only going 13-15 mph and couldn't get it to go any faster. On the pavement road with a little bit of incline my top speed was 26 and after 100 yards it went down to 25. Don't have anything to say about the range yet. Suspension is ok on the pavement road with some pot holes. I will update the post after hitting a few trails. The headlight is great. Very bright and just need the right high adjustment. The seat is ok. But I only had driven it for 5 miles so far. After heybike mars 2.0 it feels very bulky. Feels more like bike than a dirt bike. I also have Honda crf300. So far I am not disappointed but probably all the reviews and videos and the price gave me something so I was expecting more. In terms of fun I have much more fun riding heybike mars 2.0 so far. I'll be back with another update regarding the range and trail experience. Don't judge me guys. Just wanted to share my experience so you have more knowledge about the bike.
Southside600@reddit
Thank you no where else could I find something about the PSI
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
Appreciate your take of the bike! My experience has been pretty much the same. I’m 155lbs 5’11”and I hit 31-32mph on flat ground. My son is shorter and 145lbs and hits 33-34. It is definitely underpowered but I plan on upgrading it later on with a qs205 motor and fardriver controller. Going to buy another one as well so my son and I can ride together. I was nervous about buying from alibaba so I ordered straight from riding times. Paid $400 more in total ($1709 tax and shipping). How was the experience ordering from alibaba? How long did shipping take? Was there any extra fees or $1309 total with tax and shipping?

Appropriate-Bus7170@reddit
Any suggestions on ebikes that might have better twerk and speed? For the same price.
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
Not in the same price range. If you want something comparable in power but more e-bike style, riding times has the Z8 which is about half the price of the GT73. If you are looking for a more dirt bike style and willing to spend about $3,000+ then I would go with a rawr mantis or talaria xxx. The next bike I purchase will most likely be a talaria or surron. I may build a stealth bomber as well, look into those if you aren’t already familiar with them!
ActiveCamera596@reddit
by the way, you can use code x3 to save 50 bucks on this bike and help support my YouTube channel!

a little small for me but neat. lmk how it goes long term. definitely interested in somethin like a "surron light."
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
It was larger than I was expecting. I’m 5’11” and it fits pretty well for me. My son is 5’5” and his tip toes barely touch the ground. It’s fun! It’s definitely no e-moto. It doesn’t have the torque off the line like a mid drive bike does but it still maneuvers much more like a dirt bike than your typical e-bike. Doing a range test this week and taking it on a large community ride as well. We will see if the cyclist and e-bikers accept it as a e-bike or not 😅
Rough_Whole_6058@reddit
how did people think of it
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
The bmx and mountain bike riders thought it was cool! The road bike riders didn’t say anything. Overall most people seemed accepting of it! It was a ride with about 150-200 people so I was able to mix in pretty well! There were other ebikes also but none this style. Most people thought it was a surron at first glance!
No-Point-6834@reddit
Hows it been now after a month and some change?
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
It’s been fun! I do not regret buying it. So far all the issues we have had, we have caused lol. Bent and crank arm and broke a pedal during a fall while cornering. Then broke the rear fender off and tore the seat trying to do wheelies. Easy fixes though and no other damage to the bike from the falls! We are just under 400 miles on it now. Going to do a new post soon now that it’s got some miles. Things I would have liked to know before I purchased were 1) The top speed doesn’t reach 37mph unless it’s perfect conditions, like downhill or wind at your back. 2) The range claims they make are ridiculous, we actually get about 25-35 miles on a full charge using throttle only. The best range I’ve got so far with a mix of throttle and pedal assist was 42 miles.
NorthernSky76@reddit
We just bend the crank arms and pedal after a fall. Did you get new ones from the company or just buy replacements somewhere else?
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
You will need a crank arm puller as well to removed the crank arms. They are cheap on Amazon too!
NorthernSky76@reddit
Thanks, I already have that and remove the cranks in the pedals. I currently have the pegs on it now.
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
I bought a replacement crank arm set from Amazon and put these pedals to match. The stock crank arms are about 150mm. I went with the 140mm so they would be slightly shorter. I like it better this way but the crank arm length is really personal preference.
NorthernSky76@reddit
Awesome thanks!
TechnologyLiving7237@reddit
is everything okay with the bike now because i want to buy it but don’t know if it’ll burn out?
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
I haven’t had any issues that I didn’t cause by crashing it! Just rolled over 600 miles yesterday as well. I have seen others talk about motor issues or issues with the NFC card but I haven’t experienced those myself!
Delicious_Click19@reddit
Only thing I'm worried about is road legality, I love this bike though
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
It depends on what the local laws are where you live. It’s not technically legal in the state I live in since it can go faster than 28 mph but most the local police don’t care. I stopped and asked a police officer in my town and he said as long as I’m following the rules of the road and not being a jackass most police officers won’t bother me. He did say that it is technically illegal though and while he may not impound my bike, the next officer might.
Accomplished_Low2986@reddit
I turned on this bike today and at first there was a long beep and then after when I went to swipe the nfc card it didn’t do anything. I tried turning off the bike, turning off the batteries and all I could and was unsuccessful. I am thinking it could be because yesterday before I turned off the bike I just turned off the batteries and didn’t hit the power button on the handlebars. Any ideas?
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
After the factory reset you can enter setting menu and reprogram your NFC cards if they don’t work still. There are steps on how to program the NFC cards in the manual. After I learned how to unlock the bike without the NFC card I pretty much just do it that way now and don’t carry the card on me anymore!
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)

WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
Unlocking the bike without the NFC card
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
Sounds like your bike lost the nfc card programming most likely. I’ll find the YouTube videos Riding Times put up to unlock the bike without the card and then how to do a factory reset. I’ll post them shortly.
Plus_Juggernaut_9599@reddit
Is the throttle delay horrible and do you think it is customizable and lastly are those decals removable.
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
You get use to the throttle delay after a bit. I messaged the company about it and they said it’s designed to operate that way. There are no adjustments for it that I know of. There are plenty of aftermarket upgrades available though! I used a heat gun and razor blade to remove the decal and it was a pain in the ass! They just flaked off in lots of little pieces.

NoScallion3239@reddit
Is the website legit??
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
Yes the website is real. I was skeptical at first as well. I originally saw the bike on YouTube as the RIF GT73 so I looked that company up and saw the riding times logos all over the bike. That’s how I ended up on the riding times website. From what I could gather it seems that the RIF company is just rebranding them but I could be wrong.
Use the messenger on their website also! They were very helpful with me placing the order.
NoScallion3239@reddit
Thanks I ordered it 2 hours ago
BasOutten@reddit
How did it go
NoScallion3239@reddit
How long do you think it will take to be delivered
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
Mine took 29 days. I was on the preorder for the second batch though so I had to wait until they came back in stock. If they have them in stock I would expect sooner. Once I received a tracking number saying in arrived in the USA it took 5 days from that point to arrive at my house.

Fun_Bar_3193@reddit
My weight Around 200 pounds how fast do you think it will go with me on it?
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
I’m 155 and I get it to about 31-32mph on flat ground. I can’t get it to 37mph like they claim unless I’m going downhill. I’ve only done range tests in turbo mode with the throttle only (little to no pedaling) and I’m getting about 25-32 miles a charge.
This_Board1777@reddit
i’ve been deciding to but this e-bike but i’m a bit scared because i see the gt73 on amazon for 1.5k while on the real website it’s 1.7k. where should i actually get it

I bought mine from the Riding Times websites. It showed $200 cheaper on Amazon but also had $200 shipping. I got free shipping from Riding Times so it ended up being the same price.

Got a not from their support:
If you're looking for an upgraded version of the bike, we recommend waiting for the GT73 Pro, which comes with several enhancements, including a more powerful motor and improved suspension. It is set to launch in February 2025.
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
They told me that same as well! I’m looking at buying another one so my son and I can ride together but I’m waiting for the Pro version!
Sea-Television-3982@reddit
I’m waiting on the pro then. Haha. Let’s gooooo!
big_anal_nibba@reddit
the pro wont release till like mid may
NoScallion3239@reddit
I assembled it all and charged both batteries however when I throttle it the motor and back wheel does not move at all
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
Sorry to hear you are having troubles. Did you turn on the switch on the batteries? Does the screen power on and unlock with the NFC card? If it powers on and unlocks but the throttle still won’t work then try pressing the power button three times while it is turned on already. This setting turns the throttle control on and off so it can have pedal assist only.
NoScallion3239@reddit
I love you

Did it work?!
NoScallion3239@reddit
Do yk how to switch it from kmh to mph?

they have the video on how to do those things on their youtube ... I got mine the other day ... I did manage to break the bushing on the rear shock ... so slight delayed fun for me because I was not more careful about supporting the bike when swapping the transportation shock out ... so anyone see's this .. make sure you do that so you have easier time on that part of assembly
Southside600@reddit
Bro same thing happened to me lol I had to hammer it back into shape
EndUsers2020@reddit
Hopefully your motor is alright... I finally got my shock replaced easier with the bike properly supported on a stand...
Took it out on a rough trail and e07 code... Gimped it home... Think the wiring where it goes via the swingarm rubbed through the wiring to motor as there no guard to keep wiring from rubbing.... But was a lot of fun while it was working 😜
Southside600@reddit
Thankfully mine has been I pretty good condition since I got it and no error codes but I’m upgrading either way already sold it and upgrading to a talaria xxx I only payed 1,300 for my gt73 too got it straight from the manufacturer in china

WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
I’m 5’11” 155lbs and the bike works great for me. It’s not too small. My son is 5’5” and it’s a little tall for him but he can still ride it easily. Just for reference, most dirt bikes this size will come with a 17” rear wheel and 19” front. This bike has 19” front and rear wheels. The tires by themselves are taller than the seat on my monster moto pit bike! It has 6” wheels with 12” tall tires.
Hefty-Bowl9142@reddit
The bike is Awesome!!! You can’t be disappointed if you’ve never rode an electric bicycle. It has ok torque and gets up to speed great. It’s also a pretty big bike. I’m 6foot and it fits me perfectly. It’s a lil heavy but I’m not tryna wheelie. It’ll get you from point A to B no problem. I hit 37 as advertised and I’m 179lbs
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
We have been enjoying ours as well! Over 500 miles on it now and still going strong.
Thraigon@reddit
how's the real range while riding just the throttle?
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
About 25-32 miles in turbo mode. The best range I’ve ever got was 42 miles with some pedaling.
Thraigon@reddit
kinda wild honestly comparing to what they say on their site, i saw a guy on tiktok that said it can go 60miles easily and he's not sponsored by them
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
I messaged Riding Times about it on their website. They said range testing was done in lab with the bikes on stands 🤦. Not an actual range test. They do the test with no load on the bike so the odometer will read that it went “x” amount of miles when in reality the bike never even moved.
Thraigon@reddit
dumb af, also, is it possible to drive it with the engine turned off just by pedaling? or is it too heavy
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
It’s possible, but not super easy. The way it’s geared for pedaling makes it difficult to go much faster than about 6-7 mph. It would be a work out to pedal it with no electric assist for sure! The pedal “assist” on this bike isn’t the standard pedal assist most e-bikes have either. You use the pedals to get going but as soon as you get moving the electric motor takes over and you have very little resistance on the pedals. The electric motor is doing 99% of the work. I have not found any sort of adjustments for the pedal assist.
Thraigon@reddit
but like if i tried to go like a kilometer with jusy yje pedals im ok??
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
I haven’t tried to pedal it that far but I don’t see it being too difficult!
DJSOO7@reddit
I recently purchased my gt73 from a e-bike shop here in Mount Pocono Pennsylvania. So far one major issue that I have noticed is that I can't seem to figure out how to control the pedal assist and create resistance on the pedals. As soon as I start pedaling the electric motor kicks in fully and then I can't use the pedals because there's no resistance. So basically it's only a throttle only bike at this point unless I'm doing something terribly wrong.
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
Mine is the same. Takes a little resistance to get going but as soon as you do the electric motor takes over and you barely have to pedal (literally no resistance on the pedals) to keep it going. I think the only reason this bike has pedals/pedal assist is to make it appear as “street legal”.
DJSOO7@reddit
Is there any chance we aren't taking into the correct settings to adjust it? I mean if this company really sold us this bike with no actual pedal assist functionality then I actually feel highly offended and taken advantage of because I want what I paid for. I will try to figure this out and get back to you when I know for sure .
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
I would contact Riding Times on their website through the chat. They are pretty good about getting back to you, it can take a couple of days sometimes though. I’ve been through the manual they provided with the bike and it doesn’t show any adjustments for pedal assist. The website says it has five levels of pedal assist but the manual says nothing about how/if you can change it. I don’t want to be the one to deliver the bad news but if you think this bike is what they advertise, it’s not. There is a list of things they “advertise” the bike capable of doing or features it has that it actually doesn’t. I don’t know if it’s a language barrier issue or just bad marketing. They claim 155 miles of max range but I’ve never gotten above 42 miles on a single charge. I usually only get about 25-30 miles on a charge. They also claim it has 106nm of torque 😂, that’s about as much torque as a small four cylinder car so there is zero chance it’s even close to that. The list goes on and on. I rarely use the pedal assist so it’s not a deal breaker for me. Overall, even despite the obviously false marketing, it’s been a good bike for the price. It’s essentially an e-bike dressed up to look like a surron or talaria style bike but with way less power. Also, you can put on an upgraded controller (I would do a fardriver brand controller) that is tunable through an app on your phone and you can then make all the changes/adjustments you want! It does take some custom modifications/know how to install an aftermarket controller though.

Has anyone successfully changed out the grips on this bike? My son is looking to replace the stock grips. Thanks.
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
I believe you can cut them off and slide new ones on. That’s how I had to do it to my regular bike I converted to an e-bike. I haven’t messed with the grips on the GT73 yet though.
LesPour@reddit
Can you let me know how the pedals / pedal assist is? I am looking to get the bike but want to make sure I can get some exercise out of it and that the peddles have resistance. One review I saw online said the peddle assist is very strong so you’re not going to exactly get a high resistance workout.

That is correct. It takes a little effort to get moving but once you get moving the pedaling has little to no resistance. Once I’m up to speed with the pedal assist, the electric motor is doing all the work. Definitely not an e-bike for getting a good pedal workout in. As far as I know the pedal assist is not adjustable.

Same exact issue here. WTH 🤦♂️… Any ideas on the fix?

Finally got a fix for this issue from riding times! Follow this link first! Perform all the steps shown in this video. Then follow this one!. After performing all the steps in both those videos it should work again! Let me know if this works!

I appreciate any help Incan get. Thanks for posting this thread!. I tried this over and over again and no luck.
1.) For starters,
mine displays a P1 on initial screen and does not get me to the main screen with the green colors.
2.) When I complete the steps shown in the video it quickly shows the screen where you can see mileage and setting when you are riding (Green colors). Basically the green lettering screen. Then in directly shows a P on the screen by its self.
3.) Then from the P I follow the instructions on the second video and nothing works.
This is driving me nuts.

This is what I get after I follow the first video.
I don’t even get the Home Screen with mileage like they show in the video.

When you get to the end of the second step(when your on the screen pic your showing) hold front break and click Power button. After all that there's no need for an NFC card and these are pretty much easy to steal now that I figured this out.

I haven't found a fix yet either. Looks like the 10 clicks is going to be the normal way for me now.

Same. So dumb.

I appreciate your response. I found this out last week after they responded to me. Now I just need to figure out how to have my NFC card work again.

I have one question so I bought one of these and the lower battery won’t come out no matter how hard I try and I’ve unlocked the battery locked it and I can’t get it out any tips?
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
I had my issues getting my upper battery out. I used a long flat head screwdriver, like 14” or longer, pried it against the frame. It came out but I couldn’t get it back in. I had to loosen the Allen head screws holding the battery bracket to the frame and slide the bracket to the furthest rear position and tighten it down in that position. After that the battery has gone in and out no problem! Hope that helps!

I’ll try that

Thinking about getting one, hows the suspension?

How does your bike do with jumps? Can it handle a dirt track with various corners and jumps?
WesleyR98@reddit (OP)
I’ve ridden dirt trails and gravel trails pretty easily but haven’t really jumped it. I’ve gone up and down curbs without an issues as well but I’ve tried any real jumps yet!
