Looking for recommendations non my <$1k white pc build

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Looking to build a pc for my girlfriend for some light gaming (it takes two, stardew valley, vanilla minecraft, etc.) as well as potential for personal video/photo editing. I know she wants a white aesthetic and would like having one of those lcd screens that you can put a gif on. Would probably also want WiFi motherboard since I don’t think she has an Ethernet port near her desk set up in her room. She also doesn’t need any peripherals so won’t need to factor those in.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)

No crazy requirements, just standard 1080 or 1440p gaming with medium settings. It takes two is probably the most graphically intense game she’s played.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

Looking to stay under $100 and the lower is better
