Should I return my 7800XT for a worse GPU?

Hello ngl im kinda retarded. I play almost exclusively sweaty shooters at 1080p 240fps. I min all my settings for max FPS. I just built a rig and my 7800xt that I got for 430USD just came today and im thinking of returning it for a lower end GPU bc i dont need that shit technically. good move?

Nah, youre good. Just keep it. Unless you want something cooler and quieter, but money wise I think it will not be worth the effort.
