SWAGTRON - Customer Service (or lack of)

Does ANYONE know how to get ahold of someone at SWAGTRON?? I've sent them 8 requests for them to contact me in the last 5 days and still haven't heard a word back. The customer service number (844) 299-0625 isn't working and is not in service.

To be honest, I've been periodically checking their website to purchase a new e-bike but all the bikes are out of stock. It's been like this for months...something is definitely going on...

Do not purchase anything from them. There are businesses out there that won't sell you uncertified battery packs that are ending lives with spontaneous thermal fires, as well as warranty backed products bundled with actual 24 hour customer services. SWAGTRON is DEAD.

I purchased a swag cycle pro years ago and I was guaranteed free tire repairs for life. 2 years ago I got a rear flat tire and I thought I could fix it myself because I had already bought the parts and there was a video on YouTube showing you how to do it yourself. Now that I need it that video is gone and I can no longer send in my bike for repairs. That is breach of contract and makes them viable to a class action lawsuit. This was my only way of getting around and they took that from me and offered me no help I mean they still have a phone number as their contact that is out of service. I contacted the one phone number I could find for them and it was for their marketing team and even that guy laughed and says they're no longer in business though we are their contact for them. They need to be sued!

I'll look into it some more. This company just kept everything on the down low hoping to be able to disappear without any issues. They only keep their site up and the number active to keep people at bay. The thing is, they're in trouble for their products catching on fire and something about not selling certified battery packs.... You are definitely not alone in dealing with the shady workings of this business.

Yeah, it's called fraud. I'm reporting them to the FCC amongst other agencies...

Hopefully the information I have will help.
I'm located in the same city that their corporate office is. They are no longer operating out of the building they were once at. The new address they have listed on their website as their corporate office is not being occupied.
A couple sources state they own the new building located at vorden parkway but even more sources state that it's for sale. I haven't been by there in a while but when I went there last time, the electricity was on but they definitely were not operating as a normal business. They had no advertising like signs up, business logo on the buildings exterior, no vehicles, nothing there that would indicate Swagtron was doing business at the location.
I must admit, I have been weary of this business for some time. At their original location, I visited them and noticed they were dumping a lot of their products. I came across their dumpsters and both of them were packed with brand new and used merchandise. This happened many times and so I assumed they were moving locations and were getting rid of old stock and returns.
I have looked into this business and have been periodically because everything about them is a red flag. The last time I checked, the owner still sells some bikes and scooters on his Facebook. Look him up and contact him directly. His name is BRETT BARBOUR. Beware, he is childish, homophobic, racist and a complete disgrace of a human being. That being said, he is tied into business with someone named Jianqing Zhu aka Johnny Zhu. This man is the owner, incorporater, president, CEO of about 20 other businesses that operate out of one location. The guy has a mansion here in South Bend and I can only assume he's probably hiding there or he's made his way out of the country. I assume this because a quick search of his name and just one business pulls up nothing but bad reviews, angry customers, lawsuits and court cases.
I'm sorry that you're all having issues with this company and these people. Honestly, Brett and pals shouldn't be surprised if people start showing up to their houses and shaking them down for money since I know for a fact that Johnny has millions and Brett is sitting pretty himself. Maybe Ill do it for everyone since these guys won't see a day in court.

Yeah and we all should file a class action lawsuit against them because they have defrauded us.

I've been trying to reach them for 2 years regarding fixing a flat tire and I can't reach them either. They're still in business but yet they don't contact or allow contact from customers or to customers. Sounds like a class action lawsuit to me
