As someone who couldn't travel to the convention, I am ridiculously excited for this!

Very tempting, albeit pricey with the weak Aussie dollar! Thanks for sharing!

Yes, it is a bit high considering it's only the one panel.

It's $15. For some reason, the site quotes the price in 'notes.' 1 note = 10 dollars

It's a StageIt thing, "Notes are StageIt's currency. 10 Notes = $1.00 USD. Use them to tip performers or buy tickets to shows."
The quality of the stream varies and "StageIt shows are always live and never archived. This show will only be available to watch live at the scheduled time below."
I'm laughing at the last sentence, there's *so many* screen recordings of StageIt stuff and things from Supernatural cons + cast. So. Many.

Thanks for that tip. I haven't signed up yet, so don't know how much that is in Australian Dollars. So what you're actually saying is that if you don't logon at the time of the panel, there won't be a recording (like with Zoom) that can be accessed afterwards? What's the likelihood of snippets from the convention making it to Youtube after the event?

It's an unarchived livestream, I'm guessing Xena fandom - partly because Creation runs one a year now vs the so many for SPN - doesn't have an established crew who know how to unobtrusively film full panels in HD who keep track of who is attending what in a public Google Doc.
I'm way more familiar with Creation's SPN cons, they do way more and make the yearly Xena con prices look like pocket change. I usually went on a vendor wristband and helped at their table and after they sold their business I did end up buying a 3 day preferred GA (guaranteed seat, no autographs) iirc cost - on sale - around what a copper badge costs for Xena because there was no way in hell we were mailing the signed scripts we got from Eric Kripke and Robbie Thompson (raffle prizes for a fundraiser) to even one of our most trusted helpers to them to staff get the cast autos added 😵💫.

OK so I'm now totally confused and have no understanding of what you just wrote! What is SPN? Who is the "after SHE sold her business...." What business are you referring to? What does GA and iirc mean? And I have absolutely no idea what you mean by mailing signed scripts to....who?....and you mentioned "cast autos" - but if they're ALREADY signed scripts, haven't the cast ALREADY signed them? Sorry for my ignorance, but I know nothing about these conventions of how they work.

SPN = Supernatural
Cons have space set aside for people selling stuff, the people are usually selling stuff they made, are fans of the show, and never thought they'd have a small business where they make money because they started watching a tv show.
Just comparing costs of cons Creation runs and why I actually paid to go after semi-attending a bunch for free.

YAY! And thank you for providing the timezone difference - I can link up during the day where I live (for once) rather than the middle of the night..........

Glad you'll be able to make it. I hope there will be lots of us on Stageit.

Thank you! Added to my calendar!

I'm surprised it wasn't delayed too. In 2020, Creation Entertainment used Stageit for their Stargate convention. I've been hoping they would do it again, especially for Xena.
