What are my options?

Right now, we are not doing too hot in the US. I am looking to move to another country with my partner.
My main concerns are that the country we move to is:
Strong LGBTQ+ rights, heavy on the T Welding career opportunities Affordable Rural living Shipping costs
What are my options?

Have you considered moving state instead of country.
The life I had in Arizona is 100% different to the life I had in California.

You need punctuation. I am confused on certain parts. Also, some countries are cool with L,G & B. But not T+. Others don't necessarily have those protections, but they also don't care at all and leave you alone. Consider that aspect when researching where to immigrate to.
If you are a Welder, some countries offer direct paths to permanent residency if you are journeyman welder with a certain number of years of verifiable experience. Which is easy if you worked in a Union.
Affordable rural living is relative. It is extremely difficult to live in the rural area of any country and expect the locals to be tolerant of more liberal concepts(such as being gay or trans).
Shipping costs are really hard to pin down if you have no destination listed.
You need to do research before posting. Hope I helped.

Ukraine needs able bodied men and women. Welding skills likely useful.

Rule 4
If you are currently not an expat, and are looking for information about emigrating, you are required to ask specific questions about a specific destination or set of destinations. You must provide context for your questions which may be relevant. No one is an expert in your eligibility to emigrate, so it’s expected that you will have an idea of what countries you might be able to get a visa for.

When it comes to legal immigration the very first concern is typically to figure out what path for legal residency are available for you.
This will give you list of countries you can legally move to.
From there you may be able to identify country that has better for you.
We don’t know anything about your personal circumstances to identify what paths for legal migration are available for you.

If they are not your spouse, note that some countries require marriage for couples immigration.

Most of them.

Could you elaborate a bit? This might make it easier for people to give advice. In particular:
"welding career":
Any courses?
Vocational degree as a blacksmith or similar? If yes, length of the degree?
Work experience? If so, how much?
"heavy on the T":
Do you need access to hormones? Surgery?
"with my partner":
Does your partner have skills/degrees that could open up work permit options?
What languages do the two of you speak?
dwylth@reddit
What citizenships do you hold? Whether right now or through ancestry/other paths?
