So we have this translator thing we used called Voyce it’s translates hospital language for patients that don’t speak English well but the problem is this service keeps disconnecting connects and disconnects . . I tried to look into the settings in the iPad but it looks like it’s locked down . So the doctors file a complaint about how our network is slow and that it’s on the IT side . . so what’s causing this issue ? is this the WiFi fault and how can we resolve this issue

Looks like it’s just a chat service with live interpreters? Betcha lunch the chat runs on websockets. If you’re using Zscaler or Palo Prisma or some other SASE solution, make sure you know what domains it uses for websockets and DO NOT INSPECT THEM.
Second what others have said: get them on the horn for troubleshooting. You can’t sniff live patient conversations, but they should be able to do mock sessions with you and help you get logs that can tell you what’s going wrong where.

Is it disconnecting and reconnecting while moving through the hospital? Or is it in a certain spot in the hospital? It could be a problem where the iPad is between 2 access points that are close enough to each other that the signal isn’t great for either of them and the iPad doesn’t know which one to connect to and keeps switching ap’s. Depending on what kind of APs you are using you may be able to check this through their management portal and look at the logs. Apple devices don’t handle ap switching well.

Dang this might be legit . so it connects then disconnects . We also have have multiple wireless access so like one for guest one for users could it be the guest network isn’t as strong as our regular WiFi . Trying to see if it’s their issue or our issue haha

Also check your firewall and insure the domain of Voyce did not somehow end up on the blacklist.

If it's just this app and nothing else, get the vendor on the horn and start poking around.

If you don't have management access to the iPad then it sounds like you need to contact the vendor for support. I found this with a quick Google search, says they have 24/7 support (around the clock.) https://web.voyceglobal.com/contact
