I've currently bought an optiplex 9020 (i5-4590, 12gb ram, 290w psu) for ~75$, I'm trying now to add a gpu to it preferably without replacing the psu (to save on cost). I'm currently stuck between two choices, a GTX 1650 for ~63$, or a GTX 1660 Super for ~93$. I could just take the safe side with the 1650 and just plug n play it, or I could go the adventurous route with a 1660 super and add to it a 2x SADA to 8 pin connector.
