PC keeps restarting while gaming full screened or a certain sized window

I just recently finished building a brand new PC and this issue is driving me crazy that I'm not sure what's the problem anymore.
Here's the specs: CPU | [AMD Ryzen 5 5600 3.5 GHz 6-Core Processor] Motherboard | [Gigabyte B550M DS3H AC Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard] Memory | [Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory] Storage | [Kingston NV2 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive] Video Card | [Sapphire NITRO+ Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB Video Card] Power Supply | [Cooler Master MWE Bronze 650 V3 230V 650 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Monitor | [ViewSonic VX2728J 27.0" 1920 x 1080 180 Hz Monitor]
So basically certain games like Apex Legends and Cyberpunk will automatically force my PC to just restart itself when either in fullscreened mode or a window of a certain resolution. I've already tried uninstall and reinstalling the display driver, reinstalling the games, updating drivers, and so on but the problem keeps persisting.
I've tried other games like genshin, cs2, metro exodus and they all work just fine on higher settings as well so I don't know what is the issue too.
Please your help will be so appreciated

Are you able to get access to a higher rated PSU, say at least a 750W 80+ Bronze, to see if more available power solves the issue?

Not at the moment, would maybe have to go to a repair shop to test it out, but it's probably not the PSU cuz I've stressed tested it with 100% load on both the cpu and gpu yet nothing happens then. Only when I try to set it to fullscreen, it immediately restarts my PC
