I can confirm that! As someone who was born and grew up in the southern part of Croatia (much more primitive in Balkan way), I must admit that some parts absolutely do not correspond to the stereotypes of the Balkans, and I would like single out Istra and Zagorje.

And just look at his CV, a textbook example of homo balcanicus simplex. He graduated from the university in Travnik in 2019, and in 2024 he become minister. Must have been on top of his class! If this is not the Balkan, than what is Balkan?

I think he needs to immediately resign as a minister in government and if he won't then the prime minister needs to sack him.
After that police needs to confiscate his weapons, revoke his weapon permits and he needs to be trialed for criminal acts he did: discharging a weapon in settled location, displaying weapon in public.

Also he shames Croatia and represents the worst of the worst.
