Need help deciding on a headset.

My Steelseries Arctis 7 finally died after many years of valiant service. I am looking to upgrade, so I bought the 2023 Arctis Pro Wireless, but ran into an issue. I don't have a particularly big head, but these things feel like they were made for mice! I want something with wireless and a built-in mic, as I like to move around my house while I talk. I am mostly using this for gaming, so I don't need anything crazy, but I certainly appreciate having a nice sounding system.

While I am very happy with the Pro Wireless sound quality, I think I am going to have to return them because they squeeze my poor ears. I am now in a situation where I need a new headset but have no clue where to begin looking. The review websites all seem to recommend things with pretty bad reviews.

I looked at the Razer Blackshark V2s, but those seem to have issues staying in one piece. It seems the HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless has a terrible mic that people here on reddit hate, Audeze maxwell seems to have so many issues that everyone ends up returning it. And my Arctis Pro Wireless has the aforementioned issue of having very small ear cuffs and seemingly being made for mice.

Anyone have a good headset suggestion or a way to fix the Arctis Pro?
