Ran my pc without cpu cooler

Ran my pc without cpu cooler and now it wont turn on, i also smelled a bit of burnt. Am i cooked or are there any fix?

Did you at least season some raw meat and put it on the CPU before turning it on? If you are going to cook, you might as well do it right.
