Hell

I'm dailying a 1992 full-size van. The rear spring hanger broke. I ordered a replacement hanger and shackle, and kept driving. The leaf spring eye punched through my floorboard, and I kept driving. The leaf spring collapsed my fuel fill hose to the point of not being able to fuel it anymore, so I fixed the suspension.
I'm far less tolerant of problems with the front suspension. Almost anything worn or loose up there, and there is a real safety risk. But the safety effects of a broken rear spring hanger were low enough that I wasn't that concerned.

Yeah, that is generally my question,
How bad is too bad.
Ill keep an eye on it for now until I can afford a fix-up.
Thanksn

People like you don't need to worry about exactly "when" just keep pushing it until you crash or cause an accident and you hurt someone or yourself and learn the lesson the idiot way.
