2007 Toyota Carolla

This squealing noise started immediately after having my struts and sway bar replaced. Its on the passenger side only. The noise sounds like brakes but doesn't occure consistently when breaking or turning. Some days the noise is there, sometimes not. The noise is often present even when driving straight. The brake pads look ok. I don't want to have my brakes replaced if this is not the problem. I have no trouble braking.
