Family moving to Italy for a year

My family and I will be moving to Italy for a year starting next summer.
I work as a psychotherapist - does anyone know of any Italy based organizations where I could do therapy remotely and perhaps serve the expat community (I don't speak Italian). I haven't been able to find much on my searches. There are US companies that do remote therapy but I would have to be located in the US to work through them.
Also - what do people do with their mail if they are relocating just for a year? Should we change all of our addresses?
Thanks!
ETA: My wife and children have citizenship and I will be applying for residency

I see this is from a year ago, I'd love to hear what you were able to figure out. I'm on the same boat going to Italy for a year and unclear if I can continue seeing clients based in California while in Italy. I do have EU citizenship already though.y professional license is MFT.

Hi jmaillo,
I hope you are well.
Thanks for reaching out. After a year, life and psychotherapy is going well here in Italy. I ended up working out a deal with my organization where I would work remotely from Italy and still work for my organizaiton. We/They figured out what malpractice insurance would cost, what insurance companies would still reimburse us while I was abroad, what would happen about emergencies, paperwork, phone calls, etc. Thus, it was a lot of planning and work but one year later is working break. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or comments in the future, take care.

Hello OP, I've messaged you about this, hope it's not a problem and apologies if I disturbed you. I'd be super grateful if I could ask you if you encountered any legal/bureaucratic obstacles. Thank you so much 🙏
