Where should Windows be installed correctly?

Hello everyone! Is there any difference depending on where I install Windows? For example, I have a KС3000, and I connect it to the top slot of the line that leads to the processor, but I install Windows on a Samsung 970 Evo Plus, whose lines lead to the chipset. Could it be that freezes and stutters in games are caused by this? Where should I install Windows in general?

As others have said, this isn’t from the different SSDs.
Freezes and stutters can come from tons of different things, off the top of my head: - overheating (cpu/gpu) - driver issues (gpu, smaller chance of chipset) - PSU issues - motherboard issues (low chance, but still) - weird ram configs or just ram problems (thiugh from my experiences these usually lead to blue screens and larger crashes)
I’ve even read of weird interference issues of things like bluetooth, even cases of office chairs somehow interfering with I think monitors causing them to have issues. Recently someone posted somewhere on reddit how they were having issues that came down to too much stuff connected to the same power circuit in their house…
You say you’ve rebuilt the system, did you also reinstall windows and drivers?
I’d start by running HWinfo64 while gaming and watching the cpu and gpu usage and temps (hwinfo has a nice overlay for this).
If the cpu/gpu usage and temps are OK, I’d probably continue with software - drivers, programs you have running in the background, etc. Then BIOS settings (ram, cpu).

No.

Yes, because its' AMD.

No.

No.

No.
>did you also reinstall windows and drivers?
Yes.
Dude, get a clue, I have NO overheating, I have more than 10 fans in my case, my house is cold and all the hardware is running like a chiller.

I’m just trying to help. Your post doesn’t give much to go on.

lol i use old 120gb sata ssd for win and works fine ;p

Makes no difference. The stuttering is being caused by something else.

Damn, then I don’t know what to do. I’ve rebuilt my PC 5 times over the past 3 years, but the issues remain the same. People with weaker PCs don’t have such freezes and stutters.

KC3000 is theoretically a better drive but will you see the difference vs 970Evo for windows install, very unlikely. You might for example do a lot of video editing - it would make sense the best drive is dedicated to scratch disk / projects storage. There is no right or wrong way, just wbhat works for your setup
