Can we get a texting app for introverts?

An app that doesn't let the person texting you see that you've seen their text and you're just ghosting them, and with an autocorrect that makes up reasons for why you can't hang out with someone even if you're doing absolutely nothing. Does there exist anything like this-?

Haha, oh man, if that isn’t the dream, right? I feel that on a deep level. I remember vividly looking at my phone and counting the seconds before I had to think of a legitimate excuse to not go out when all I wanted was to stay home and just read or binge-watch something. Like, one time, I couldn’t think of anything so I literally said my cat was sitting on my lap and I couldn’t move, which, in my defense, was true. But yeah, a guilt-free app would be amazing. I think a feature that lets you draft a response without sending it so you can pretend later that you ‘saw it just now’ would be incredible too. Or like, a canned “I’m not feeling great” message that you can send with just a tap. If only we could invent that. I wonder if developers are introverts, I mean, if so, they’d probably be the ones to make this happen...

A cat on your lap is a valid excuse to stay home.
