UNLOCK (throttle & speed) ENGWE M20 2024/EU MODEL

Instruction:

simply turn on ebike (without holding brakes, throttle etc.)
go to hidden menu (hold + & -).
on P1 menu just hold „+” until u see 63kmph (around 10+ secs). That’s it :) throttle & V-max unlocked.

Also, if U wanna revert it fast (just in case):

bike turned on
hold power & „+” button until see reset screen
change to „y” using „+” button
press power button. [it will reset all settings to factory default]

Hi I have the l20 250 motor and can’t seem to go passed 25km plus the throttle does max of 7km I’ve tried the video but don’t seem to work any ideas why thanks

Power up the bike WITHOUT holding the brake or throttle and go to the P1 menu. Hold the + button for a good 10-15 seconds and the number 99 will appear. Your throttle and speed will then be unlocked. Come out of the menu and the throttle will work

How did you achieve this? I have first m20 (not 2.0) and can't get the 63 to show up when doing the + & - and holding down + for 15 seconds in P1 menu

Ich habe eine Frage an alle die über 25kmh fahren. Habt ihr führenschein, fährt ihr immer noch auf dem Fahrradweg? (ich will es kaufen, und über 25kmh fahre, ich habe aber keine Art von Führerschein) war jemanden bei der Polizei gehalten? Was passiert denn 😅?

The only problem I have with this is that I feel like my L20 will only allow me to use "V-Max" mode and not the standard 'de-restricted mode' and in turn is using the battery up quicker which then means less mileage. I got my L20 around 6 months ago and had the same problem trying to de restrict it until I found this reddit thread, I was happy after it worked and got it in v-max mode. I didn't think much of the mileage or power assist modes until my friend also got an L20 where he didn't have to use this 'v-max' method to get his one de restricted. Then, after a few rides with him, we swapped bikes to see if they felt any different from each other and discovered that mine (v-max mode) had significantly more accelleration in the lower power assist levels and would feel like it using more power overall (even in power assist 1) and my power assist 1 is set to 12mph because of V-Max 😂. Whereas my friend's one is the same top speed of about 28-29mph, but his power assist levels seem correct and not overpowered. For example, his power assist level 1 is set to like 6mph or whatever the correct speed should be, and power assist 2 is a bit more and so on and so forth. Is there any way to change this as I feel like because of Vmax, i feel like my bike is using up the battery quicker? Does anyone else have this happening?
