I was considering upgrading my pc but I am not sure what part of it should I upgrade.

My specs rn are:

RTX 3060 12 gb vram

i5 10gen 6 cores 12 logic 2.9 GHzk, turbo max 4.2 GHz

32 gb 3200 GHz DDR4

I was thinking about buying a rtx 4070 or i7 12gen. What upgrade would make the biggest fps performance boost? I mainly play Call of Duty.
