NetSuite + Azure SSO

Hi all, Trying to get my head around how SSO works with NetSuite. Once setup I was expecting to be redirected to my IDP for authentication and then given access to the roles within NS however I'm still logging in via NS and then selecting the role with no interaction with Azure.  I've created the SSO role as per documentation and test from azure is successful however we have many roles for different aspects of NS. When I've setup for other applications in the past its been more of a blanket SSO if that makes sense. Appreciate any help and apologies if I'm not clear in my post.

Yup, I'm dealing with the same thing. You need to add the SSO permission to *every* role you need access to when logging in via SSO. It's pretty daunting because at my company we have over 200 specific roles. Our Netsuite admin says he can do some kind of import to add the permission to all of them at once but I'm not sure what that entails

Thanks buddy, yeah figured it out a little while after my post. The logic of adding the permission to every role was throwing me off. Still seems like a poor implementation but what can you do. Thankfully we only have around 50 roles in use so once I’ve got the bot to create some nice guides for users I’ll start going through them
