In D&D lingo, to "roll" a character colloquially means to choose all the aspects of that character including race and class, even though there's usually not much rolling involved for anything besides the stats.
Sam could have, but it wouldn’t have been his strength of will that made him capable of carrying the ring, but rather his lack of ambition of any kind.
Yeah he'd only work because he's so utterly fucked he can't be effected.
It's like that one episode of Power rangers where that guy uses put downs to beat most of the rangers, but one of them Dislikes themselves so much his insults have no effect
or like in that anime about the 7 deadly sins where the sin of pride was about to fight a demon dude that had the ability that if you hated him your gravity would instantly crush you
but escanor was not hating the dude he actually felt pity of the dude cuz he is so prideful
There is a grain of truth to it, Frodo + Sam together are greater than the sum of their parts, Frodo may be stronger but he doesn't make it to Mt Doom without Sam
TF is he talking about? There is a member of the party who volunteers to permanently carry the necessary quest item of dubious use that forces CON and WIS checks every time they enter combat or interacts with the henchmen of the Big Bad, and they think that dude is getting carried??
Shit he could have passed that thing around and let every other member of the party except Sam fall to the throes of the dark side, this guy seems like the kind of dude yelling at the support and healer for not doing enough damage.
Honestly why do people like him? From what I’ve seen he’s a huge fraud. Sure he’s accomplished something’s but those accomplishments aren’t enough to cover for all his BS .He takes too much credit for himself.
What little image he hasn't shattered is what keeps people in love with him. People treat him like some great genius and morons like Joe Rogan act as hype men for him. This leads people to think that everyone who dislikes elon is hater.
Even then, the only he accomplished was investing at the right time. Any time he actually tries his own hand at something instead of hiring people to do it for him it goes to shit.
Bringing up a known attention whore in an unrelated topic because they don't realize that every time he gets mentioned it feeds his ego is a very redditor thing to do.
except the post literally is about him. he's recently in the gaming spotlight because he paid a group of chinese dudes to boost his account to rank 7 in path of exile 2 while claiming it as his own accomplishment
Because video games are hard and take a lot of time to be the best at a game that people are expected to put years into.
You pretty much can't be the best unless you're playing a game that's unpopular or you play videogames for a living.
Elon doesn't play videogames for a living, he professionally gets in people's way and makes it harder to do their jobs, it's busy work.
The best part of all of this is that people are finally realizing that musk is a giant idiot who has lied about everything. He's a trust fund baby who made it big in the dotcom world pretending to be a genius. People believe him because he's autistic enough to sound like he knows everything.
Yeah at this point esports ladders are dominated by the billionaire class. It literally happens all the time. I mean having seen it happen once is all you really need to know that.
THEPIGWHODIDIT@reddit
Frodo did take some legit damage carrying the ring though
TimeGlitches@reddit
Bro rolled a +25 psychic damage resist character. No chance that fucker didn't read the module beforehand and was metagaming.
KnightOfNULL@reddit
That's not something he rolled it's just a hobbit racial bonus.

Gollum falling into mount Doom wasn't divine intervention from Eru. Frodo just had the lucky feat.
