I really got to love the gauges on my 2013 Seat Leon. The design shares many similaritise with the same generation Volkswagen group cars like the Audi A3, and yet, there's quite a number of unique elements. I do love the little sophisticated details: For example, the speedometer scale goes from small increments at low speeds (0-10-20-30 km/h) to greater increments at high speeds (200-230-260 km/h) to make it easier to see how your speed changs as you accelerate at town speeds. The needles have a quite nice, delicate style to them and they're always backlit red, even when the dash backlight is off. I also really love the font on the numbers, as well as the fact that they're written in italics.
The Cupra models meanwhile (all the variants with more than 265 horsepower) have gauges with grey dials and white needles. Definitely like them better than the digital gauges on the new VW group models.

SEAT's gauges look amazing.
Too bad the interior of that Leon looks like a Hyundai Elantra.

Best gauge cluster. Half the reason I love my is300 is that gauge cluster (the other half is it’s an awesome car)

LFA Style Cluster of the newer IS I have currently in stock doesn't look that bad either

I remember reviewers complaining about how it was hard to read back in the day and thinking "WHO CARES, LOOK AT IT!!"

That Subaru cluster is beautiful. So classy and simple.
Reminds me my old e46 from the same era 1999-2005. Similar simple style just all orange. Can’t find a photo at the moment.

The very last of the analog gauges before BMW went all digital

Thats a sick cluster
mr_lab_rat@reddit
And as a bonus they look like a digital panel when turned off. The whole cluster is under dark glass.

I'm so for non amber/red gauge cluster lighting.

E38 750iL M Sport. Replaced the original yellow backlight with 4000K white LEDs. Gorgeous.

I don’t really like the yellow color so this really helped it!

That is the gauge package from the EVO I and II. Here’s my gauge package from the 16V model that came before the EVO I:
