3060 ti dying?

Hey, I don't know exactly how to describe my issue, but recently my pc started to "turn off" for no reason while doing an intense use of my graphics card.
This has been happening for at least a month already and I tried a lot of things to figure out what is going on but I haven't found anything. I firstly though that it had to do with over heating, so I started furmark and realised that the "hotspot" temperature was very high so I cleaned the heatsink and made it go down to \~91 °C and I though that it worked, but it keeps happening. I don't exactly know in which conditions it "crashed" so it sometimes crashed instantly after opening cs2 / furmark and in other times it just worked fine. So today playing cs2 someone throwed a granade in front of me and after exploding it crashed my game. Then playing arround in furmark I've seen that opening it normally works normally but if I disable the furry object and enable it again it "crashes".
Do you guys have any idea of what is going on?
A little note, I don't know how to describe what happens when it "turns off" or "crashes" as at each one something different might happen. One of the things that can happen is that my main monitor that is connected to the graphics card stops reciving signal (so it turns off). Then my secondary that is on the motherboard keeps showing video until I click anywhere and it freezes. My pc keeps doing lights and audio stills being played and to turn it off I just needed to do a single click to the power button.
Another thing that might happen, specially when I have afterburner on (I've realised this when I tried to force the fans to stay at \~70% speed to see if it keept happening) and both screens freezed, the music stopped after few seconds and to stop it I had to hold the power button 10 sec.
It also does like the first one but my keyboard light goes off and the last other way that it "crashes" is that it might BSOD with the error `VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE` and being invoked by `nvlddmkm.sys`, an nvidia driver.
Trying to fix this I did DDU several times, reinstalled windows, cleaned the heatsink, forced the fans to spin faster at a fixed speed, lowering the GPU power limit, downgrading the drivers (I don't know which exactly but a reddit conspirator said that in that version it didn't happened and this was forcibly caused by nvidia to make people buy new a graphics card lol)
if anyone has any idea of what could it be please reply me.
Thanks for your time!

Here's my specs. The first ones are the ones I had last week (I upgraded the pc this weekend) because the issue started there
CPU: Intel i5 10400f -> AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
GPU: MSI 3060 TI Gaming X
MB: MSI Mag B550m BAZOOKA -> ASUS TUF GAMING B650-PLUS
PSU: tqep-700sp (700W, should be more than enough for my setup, so also not a power issue)

I supose that it still happens with the upgrade as u here ?

I'll try undervolting tomorrow. It is already late. One thing I realised though is that the below leds start flashing crazy when the gpu is on intense usage. Maybe psu issue?
