I’ve got a problem with my pc, any suggestions?

I am building a pc but I've ran into a problem: when I power on the pc, the fans, LEDs, everything inside the pc turns on except my monitor. My monitor doesn't acknowledge at all that it has been turned on and it stays on a black screen. I know the monitor and the monitor cable works just fine because I tested it with my other pc. Here's each part in the pc and what I've done so far:
H110A/M.2 motherboard XFX gpu 750W EVGA psu 2 Corsair VENGEANCE LPX ram sticks Intel core i3-7350K cpu M.2 PCIe GEN 3 SSD 2 fans + cpu fan & heat sinc
I tested each ram slot with each of my ram sticks (including individually), I tested the graphics card in a different pc (ran just fine), I took out the CMOS battery for 10 minutes before inserting it again, and I took out the gpu and tried the monitor with the motherboard's integrated graphics and unplugged all peripherals. I also tried reseating the cpu. I powered on the pc after each test but with the same result each time. No matter what I do, nothing will work! I am desperate for any help.

That motherboard only supports the 7350K with a BIOS update. Do you have a 6th-gen CPU on hand to update the BIOS in case it's not been updated? https://www.asus.com/us/supportonly/h110m-a-m-2/helpdesk_cpu/
Interesting PC to build in 2025, hope you got it cheap.

Why? will it not be a good pc?

It'll be fine for web browsing and some basic office work, but it's a dual-core CPU that was low-end when it came out eight years ago and is completely outclassed by literally anything you can buy off a retail shelf today, and even recent secondhand stuff.

Well, your monitor is fine, no worries there.
You've already tried some basic troubleshooting steps, so unfortunately, you've gotta go big now - disassemble it all (but leave the processor and its cooler, you don't want to constantly remove and insert that) and reassemble it outside the case on a non-conductive surface, starting with just the motherboard + CPU and 1 stick of memory. Power on and see what happens... Does it show an image? Great, keep adding things till you run into an issue or it POSTs.

H110 is compatible with kaby lake CPUs after BIOS update. Unless the motherboard feature a flashing button, a compatible CPU is needed to update it.

Could need a bios update. See CPU support list on motherboard website.
