Need help with my pc plzzzz

First of all, current specs: MOBO: msi b450m pro-vdh max GPU: RTX3070 PSU: 750w RAM: 32gb 3200 CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
So. I brought a new Ryzen 7 5700x and went to install. I started by updating the bios is stages to ensure compatibility between updates and clearing the cmos. Removed old cpu and installed the new Ryzen 7.
Here, my pc would not post. I had a solid vga light. Thinking I fxcked something I placed my old cpu back and my pc posted first time, didn’t even boot load. Just fired up straight away.
So, I reinstalled the Ryzen 7. Same issue. I hit the power button, removed mobo battery for 15 mins and removed 1 stick of ram (now single channel), and reseated GPU. Thankfully, it worked! I got into my desktop and thought I’d sorted it.
I shut down, fired it back up to load into bios to enable xmp but again, I had the slid VGA light on EZ-Debug. Now nothing makes it post. I reseated the GPU and tried to clear cmos again, didn’t work. Can’t run without GPU as I have no dedicated on board drivers as I’ve been told to try it without a GPU (not sure why) but obviously it didn’t work.
I’ve since placed my Ryzen 5 back in and been using it fine for over a week. Now I’m getting to the point of wanting to pull out my GPU and put it through the mobo as I’m extremely angered with this whole process. I’ve changed CPU’s before but I’ve never had this.
Everyone I’ve spoken to (msi forum, discord forums, Reddit forums, pc repair places, friends with 15+ years experience in building pc’s) and nothing has worked. Getting real fed up with it all tbh and I know the cpu works. I know it’s not a GPU fault. But this is where I’m at. I know what it is not, but I need assistance in finding out what the fxck I need to do to get this heap of shxte working before it takes a fall down 3 stories of stairs. Please.
Any help would be much appreciated.
I am formatting my whole pc tonight and reinstalling a fresh windows install as I’ve seen today that this is a common problem. But yeah, I’m lost and haven’t been able to find anything to guide me in the right direction…

I'm not too sure what the issue is but since it works with your previous CPU and not with your new one it has to be your new CPU. You mentioned it booted at some point so it seems like it can work its just unstable.
Which BIOS version are you running? According to the MSI website you should be running at least this BIOS: 7A38vMH.zip
Other than that not sure how to help without being there in person.

I’m running E7A38MS.BLO - it’s the latest one available for my MOBO pre-beta basically

Logically that should work fine but who knows. See if 7A38vMH works better since its recommended. Other than that I've got nothing.

So it’s a really weird one.. It posts to a monitor but not an actual tv -.- I’ve had to go and buy an pc monitor to allow it to post and even now, I have to have both my tv and desktop monitor attached before it posts

This has taken me the best part of a week to figure out. I’ve had countless convo’s with people and only heard about this issue lastnight. Something about the frequency of the tv not matching the output - tv missing the ‘handshake’ from the gpu as the pc boot cycle is faster than the tv can collect the data from hdmi

I'll say when I first got my motherboard my computer would not post on my TV but it would for my monitor. It was giving a VGA error but I'm pretty sure it was caused by memory errors. I don't have any issues now that I disabled memory context restore. I've not tested the PC on my TV since though.
