Is there a central contact management software for iOS?

We're looking for some type of software specifically for the owner and salesmen of the company. They share multiple contacts a day and when they're moving fast they add the contact directly to the iOS device.
We understand the global address book can be downloaded to the phone as contact on iOS but I think they're looking for something where whoever is adding a contact to iOS itself (within the phone) it's available to everyone.
Any type of software that specifically does this?

We use Cirasync to push out contacts, it works well for our uses. You can create different groups on there, so you could go down that route. Something to explore if you run out of options

We use this too, this has actually been a great solution for us. And has been very reliable as well.

I deploy Radicale with ADDS as IdP.

iOS supports CardDav contacts, so you could simply setup a CardDav contacts resource and connect all the iOS users to it. simples.

Thanks! I’ll look into this.
