The Biden administration didn’t understand the urgency of its time in power. They are acting like the next 4 years are gonna be like any other Republican Presidency. Fools. The NMFS (NOAA Fisheries) has many scientists and researchers who are very passionate about conserving North Atlantic right whales and other endangered species/populations, but the organization they work for is always going to be at least partially beholden to commercial interests.
