Dead horse on legacy and hedgecox?

I was just driving south on legacy and pretty sure I saw a dead horse on the farmland right north of the children’s hospital. There was one horse standing…and another horse that was definitely not standing…it was on the ground and sprawled at a really awkward angle, especially its neck and head. And in the few moments I had to look over, it wasn’t moving. While the other horse was sniffing it with concern. Does anyone know who owns that farmland? Anyway to get ahold of them? Plano animal control? It was really unnerving to see.
