How do you identify what RAM model is in your PC?

I’m looking to upgrade from 32gb to 64gb by adding 2 extra sticks. All I know currently is that I am using 2x16 3200mhz Team TForce Delta RGB. Is there anything else I need for compatibility reasons? Would I be better off just getting 2x32 instead and replacing my current?

Oh gosh, these answers.
Open up your PC, take out a stick, read part number on the sticker, use that part number to buy same exact sticks

The question was how to do it WITHOUT opening the PC.
