PC part picker list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/7MMR4p
I will be building my first pc at 24th- early February and after some research I made this list, But since I am not In the US pricing is quite different
Specs pricing in my region:
---------------------------------- | Name | Pricing in USD |
---|---|---|
CPU | Intel Core i7-12700K | 225 |
MOBO | MSI PRO B760M-P DDR4 | 104 |
RAM | ADATA XPG SPECTRIX D35G RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) | 61 |
SSD | Crucial P3 Plus 1 TB | 65 |
GPU | MSI VENTUS 2X OC GeForce RTX 3050 6GB | 209 |
PSU | Gigabyte P550SS 550 W 80+ Silver | 47 |
AIO | Thermalright Aqua Elite 240mm V3 | 55 |
I had some doubt about the AIO, PSU and GPU
1st. AIO-Thermalright Aqua Elite 240mm V3,
this AIO was fairly priced for me since all other AIOs cost about a 100
USD, But I did have a doubt that it wont be able to cool the CPU
2nd. PSU-Gigabyte P550SS 550 W 80+ Silver ,
My budget was quite tight so I have to fit in a good PSU and stumble
onto this, I had a thought that 550w was enough but I had to ask
someone.
3rd. GPU-MSI VENTUS 2X OC GeForce RTX 3050 6GB,
Is this GPU good or the gtx 1660 (is priced at 215 USD), Since I have
heard its an bad valued card.
I only focus on doing only designing (on Illustrator) and wont be upgrading any time soon.
thanks for reading...

That motherboard is trash and won't be able to run your CPU without crashing or (more likely) throttling. I wouldn't put anything better than a 12400 in that motherboard. One of the better air coolers can cool that CPU without issue, but no amount of CPU cooling can keep the motherboard from overheating.
The 1660 is definitely a faster GPU but I wonder how much of a GPU you need for illustrator. You might want to look at a prebuilt mini PC

Is the GIGABYTE Z790 S WIFI DDR4 a good alternate board?

For now, your pc should be able to sustain your needs for doing designing and playing games like cs2 or valorant. The aio you choose should be able to hold up the cpu too. But in the near future I recommend you choosing another gpu

will the gpu be able to hold for 3-5 years? since I'm not going to be upgrading any time soon.

But you could like sell the gpu later on then invest a bit more money for a better gpu

Barely enough if your demand in the pc change. Because this gpu is alr kind of bad and so in the future it will be old and slow
