There's a rage addiction epidemic going on throughout the internet but not enough people even realize they're exposing themselves to shit they don't need to that's only producing a negative emotion for them. I left some subs awhile ago cause I realized all it was was posts of shit like injustices, people getting into fights, political posts that talked about people I abhor with someone updating the subreddit every time they goddamn sneeze. It was pointless and not even keeping me informed in any meaningful, non-reactionary way. I strongly recommend everyone do this if you feel you've been anxious or angry a lot lately, take a look at what you're subbed to and reconsider if going there is actually worth it.
Exercising mindfulness does not necessarily need to be a purely mental activity. A clean and healthy environment outside promotes a clean stream of thought inside. This goes from cleaning up your room to make sure you eat well to sleeping enough, and it also applies to the types of content you get exposed to online.
Social media hygiene is becoming increasingly important these days
I think the mundanity and repetitiveness would drive you insane after a while. At least for some people.
I saw a post on another sub that was making fun of preppers for not raising crops and livestock - which is silly because every prepper video I've seen on Youtube showcases them doing exactly that, though apparently this guy either missed the memo or doesn't have so much as a backyard for chickens and a garden.
guns are certainly not as popular as stanley cups. women participate in far more economic consumables and fads than men do, and its why our perceived value is dropping. the marketing targeting women is just catering to their bias(which includes how 'dumb' a man is compared to them).
I think she's a daughter of a New York Billionaire/Millionaire who participated in a very degrading repulsive adult video once she turned 18 [4chan politically incorrect forum users payed close attention to her life details and the events after the video was uploaded, some speculating that she was rebelling, others claiming with pseudo-science that it was basic habit/nature of her half Jewish (Ashkenazi) or half Chinese (Han) genetics], interestingly the topic on her survived quite long on many subforums in 4chan.
Well the other notable part is that her dad did everything in his power to wipe the video off the internet, which obviously only served to create a Streisand effect and now everyone knows about it

canned tuna is not cheap at all
especially if you eat the dogshit type: tiny pieces instead of chunks
you can buy 2kg of chicken breast for 1kg of canned dogshit-tuna

Did you ever hear the tragedy of Amelia Wang The Mayli? I thought not. It’s not a story the Jedi would tell you. It’s a Sith legend.
