Hi! This is my first ever gaming computer. So wonder that which GPU should I get to get a long term usages at 60FPS high-ultra setting AAA games at a low cost. One of my local computer store encourage me to use rtx 3060 for a better performance, he told me that I can get 10-15% performance compared to rx 6600 but the price for rx 6600 is so cheap. So which graphic cards should I get?

Get the RX 6600. You'll only see around 3-10 FPS for 80W more.
Or the 6600 XT, which uses 10-15w more than the 6600 and exceeds the 3060 by 15-20FPS.

6600xt are out of stock in every store in my country, however there are some in stock but it is a 2nd hand and I do not experience on 2nd hand graphic card

RX 6650XT

6650xt is extremely rare in my country so I have left with 2 common options

Depend on the price of the 6600 and 3060. If theres a large price gap, I would just go with the 6600

I want to buy a custom build so the gap for it is around $100 in my country (upgrade included for motherboard), it is really worth it since he told me that AMD software really hard to use and 12Gb of VRAM is better for long-term

Yeah no don't get the 3060, a $100 price gap for 10-15% performance increase is not worth it for $200-300 gpus. I've also never had any problems with AMD software and at the price of the 3060 you can probably get a 6700xt/6750xt which is a lot faster.

I think mainly because DLSS and 12Gb of VRAM make it stand out. I can spend a rx6600 with a good motherboard

Upscalers at 1080p res. are pointless. It just looks bad no matter dlss or fsr.

Amd software is easy to use, very intuitive. If you need 12gb of vram for 100$ more, buy a 6750 xt or 6700 xt if you can find one.
stonedunikid@reddit
I've used both, AMDs software is by far easier to use

Why not rx 6700xt?
Miserable-Tourist-58@reddit (OP)
Too expensive for me, it took half of mu budget. Also, I do not have experience on buying old graphic cards

Then if the rtx 3060 is 12 gb variant i would go for it
SagittaryX@reddit
Unless the price difference is massive I'd get the 3060, assuming it's the 12GB version.

The gap is around $100 which is quite large for me to afford, I can ask for a loan from my family but it is really worth it to get a quite better performance for a gap?

Well from other comment he is right the 12gb will age better than 8gb, we are right around the time 8gb seems to be an issue for some cards. The RTX 3060 also has DLSS, which is a better upscaler than FSR on AMD. But neither of those differences is really something I'd go in debt to family over, the RX 6600 can still game fine on high, maybe some medium settings for new games at 1080p.
