Is the ANTEC ATOM G850 any good?

So, I've been trying to upgrade my PC, but I need a bit more power, and I found this one while looking... It fits my budget, but I'm unsure if it's any good.

De hecho es buena, está en el nivel c plus solo porque el rango de entrada está en 230v …. Nada más por eso… después es todo rango B
