ULPT Request: how can I sign someone up for unwanted telemarketing calls, emails, or phone calls?

My ex-husband has totally signed me up for life insurance and time-share telemarketing bs. I receive so many calls, letters, emails, etc even though my number is on the do not call registry. I have considered sending him a “bag o’dicks” confetti type mail, but I think he’d totally know it was me. Any suggestions?
