Has anyone done one of those 'James Bond' experiences in London? Aka a "city sized escape room set in the world of James Bond?" Has anyone got any tips or advice?

Our grown up nieces gave me and my wife one of those James Bond experiences for Christmas. We're going this Saturday. Basically like a City wide escape game, James Bond themed where we have to solve puzzles and what not (find James Bond and defeat Spectre). Anyone done one of these before? Any tips so I can look intelligent front of our nieces? Other than have fun, relax and don't take it too seriously
