NYC routing help

I got a load that I need to take into Times Square tomorrow morning. I've never been into NYC itself, so have no clue which way would be the best way to get to Times Square. Do I need to come in on the George Washington Bridge, then take Broadway down to 9th Ave to 45th? Any help would be greatly appreciated. No one at my company is responding back or picking up the phone.
