Does 1650super have serious bottleneck issues with 3400G?

I'm c currently tight on budget so can't afford to buy 3500x or 3600 at the moment but I want to buy 1650super once the coronavirus thing gets over, because the price is way too high in the market so was wondering if anyone using 3400g with 1650super and can I play at 1080p?
