I don’t understand how these purchases are enforced/prosecuted?
I’m not saying the buyers don’t know what they’re buying when they buy those “oil filters” on Aliexpress or whatever, but legally speaking, how is that a crime if that’s what is advertised?
Maybe I’m wrong and people don’t get prosecuted, but I’m pretty sure I’ve heard of Feds raiding people’s houses who bought those
I mean I know the answer is yes but off the top of my head, don't they have better things to do than make fake amazon products and track them? Like.... numerous stolen guns reported every day that they don't give a shit about?
See but that would require them to put in real work and risk their lives arresting real criminals. This way they get to look like they’re doing something important when all they’re actually doing is putting average people in prison over stupid shit that shouldn’t even be illegal.
Atf be on some goofy shit setting up people 😂.Suppressors ain’t all that shits easy to make. What’s next ? they gonna Ban Pressure cookers lol? Like cmon now Corrupts telling individuals not do/create/purchase objects cause they illegal but Do illegal shit themselves. Fuck all that Ive created bunch of amazing shit a-z
Shit few years back family friend (mechanic) ordered a bunch of oil and fuel filters in bulk not sure the site. Feds showed up 2 months later asking about it. He was probably already on some sort of list but was using them for his business fucking wild
