What is the difference between 4070 and 4070 super?

I got a 4070 recently, what is the difference between that and the 4070 super?

Will I be able to run modern games on a standard 4070 tho? I'm not into perfect specifics, will a 4070 work for me, a casual player, at 1080p

more than enough. It's a solid 1440 card, 1080 is not breaking a sweat.

It'll work perfectly fine, just not as well as the super.
