Help making uncle’s life very inconvenient

So my uncle sexually abused me as a child. I didn’t realize something was wrong until later in life. I had a plethora of health problems since my teens, including depression, which I still live with today. When I was 42, I went to the authorities only to be told after the investigation that they could not proceed with charges due to passage of time, lack of evidence…. So the justice system has failed me. I have named and shamed him online but I feel it’s not enough. I feel petty, and my life goal is to make my uncle as uncomfortable as possible just as I had to live for so many years. I’m working on getting a card full of glitter for him for Christmas, unsigned of course. What other things could I do to annoy him or just get revenge, whatever. I’d like to keep it as legal as possible and I want him to suspect it’s me but have no proof. Any ideas my fellow redditors? TIA!
