Has anyone used Anyvan Removals?

After months of painful dealings with solicitors and estate agents we exchanged contracts yesterday and now I need to move house for the first time. I’m considering using Anyvan Premium removal services because it’s much cheaper than any removals we’ve had a quote from. Does anyone have experience with Anyvan removals? Would you say it’s worth paying extra for a proper removal company?

The only thing they are good at is trying to manage reviews so they are good.
The driver was booked to come between 12-4pm ans didn't turn up. He was unavailable to contact and after many phone calls to Anyvan he said he would come between 5-6. He didn't. I had to rebook for the next day which caused a lot of inconvenience. I never received a refund for this. Based on my experience I would have to say don't use Anyvan.
My booking reference number was AV 933 5283.
They offered me a 20% discount on my next booking. I don't want a 20% discount on my next booking beause there is no way I would book Anyvan after my last nightmare experience. It was the worse experience I have ever had with a company. If your company has any standards at all I will receive a full refund.

In case anyone finds this thread, here's my review of AnyVan I've posted. I thought it's important for people to know:
MUST READ! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, THIS COMPANY IS A WASTE OF SPACE, TIME AND MONEY. FIND INDIVIDUAL MAN & VAN INSTEAD.
TLDR (DO NOT USE):
• They outsource to individual labourers/driver who aren't trained to handle objects.
• Crazy fee
• Abysmal insurance compenstation.
I used AnyVan for a move from London to Manchester, which is about a 5 hours drive. The price was £1700 but the issue is, they just "provided" me with individual Labourers who have no association with AnyVan except get paid by them. Think of AnyVan as a recruitment company, you aren't associated with the recruiter, but they connect you with employers. You can easily find Man & Van who would be willing to do the job for around 25% the price, which means AnyVan is putting an insane fee on top.
Additionally, as the labourers aren't trained, they took WAY TOO long to load/offload and my wife and I ended up having to help with the full loading and unloading.
You'd think with such a fee, there would be decent insurance provided for a peace of mind. But unfortuately that's not the case. A few products got damaged during transit, and during the claiming process, the max they would pay out is £45.
Honestly at that price, I was expecting AnyVan to provide decently trained professionals who know how to handle products.
