Fan hub extension due to lack of onboard fan header on mobo?

My current Asus motherboard has only three headers, but my case has 5 fans installed. If I would use a splitter to power the remaining two fans, they were just work on a constant speed, and that's not good. Are there any fan hubs that has additional sensors and hardware to regulate those additional fans properly?

You can use a 4-pin splitter and connect two fans to one motherboard header. It has 1A per header safe limit. Or you have 3-pin headers? You can control the voltage over motherboard BIOS. The hubs work through one fan header (usually CPU) and just repeat the same signal to other fans synchronizing them. It is better to get an active hub, with its own power plug.
