Oh just rob a bank. They are trained to do exactly what you say & typically can’t chase you in any way. Just tell them to not give you a dye pack or tracking device. During Covid I had a friend who would buy puppies from people who were selling them cheap, even hit up some native reserves and put up posters saying she would buy puppies for $100 each or something like that, she would take them to the vet and get them papers/shots/make sure they were healthy and then could sell them for like $1000 give or take depending on the breed.
