What is the best “Story of my life”book?

Saw a comment on here the other day about getting older family members a “story of my life” book as a Xmas idea. Has anyone bought one of these and how did the person you gifted it to find completing it?

Yes my kids got me storyworth I had a question every week and I could add photos to it. Tbh it was a lot to remember every week some questions you can change to suit you done just required a couple of paragraphs Just about to complete it
