Most overrated band, most underrated band of the 90s?

Just to throw it out there- Barenaked Ladies’ first 3-4 albums (especially ‘Gordon’) were fantastic before Steven Page left the band but that gets obscured by the “Chickety China” campiness. His vocals on ‘Never Meant to Break Your Heart’, ‘Brian Wilson’, and ‘What a Good Boy’ just crushed it… Big Head Todd & The Monsters- they have some fantastic covers too - Brandy, Cinnamon Girl, and Rosalita with John Popper duetting on vocals which of course brings me to Blues Traveler- again, their first three albums or so get lost in the shadow of everything after their Four album w ‘Hook’, itself a song that kinda reminds me a bit of PF’s ‘Have a Cigar’ when it comes to a contemptuous tune. And lastly- though with 90s roots and just missing the mark having come out in 2001: Zwan, Billy Corgan’s side project. Gave us “Honestly” and “Lyric”, two songs I desperately wish to have available on my music streaming service.
