$49 million for two properties is the city like putting up 80% of the building cost. And then provide some heavy tax credits as well.

In other words, they plan to buy more property, build apartments. They need to stop all these big companies from buying a whole damn block just to build duplex, multiplex housing. Yall seen oak lawn, and maple area?

The Sycarmore Strategies (developer) guy is hilarious. "We really believe in these transformative projects, not just any old apartment complex, but something that's doing, something for the public, something for the greater good" Like calm down dude, it's an apartment.
